Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of MADE Media LLC's ("MADE Media," "we," "us," or "our") internal content automation system as it relates to its integration with the TikTok API, including TikTok Login Kit and the TikTok Content Posting API.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By connecting a TikTok account to our system, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not connect your account.
2. Description of Service
Our system allows authorized MADE Media personnel to log in and authenticate via TikTok Login Kit, and publish or schedule video content to connected TikTok accounts via the TikTok Content Posting API. This system is for internal use by MADE Media LLC and its authorized personnel only. It is not offered as a public product or service to third parties.
3. Eligibility
Only individuals authorized by MADE Media LLC to manage its TikTok account(s) may connect an account to this system.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to: use the system only for legitimate MADE Media business purposes; only upload or publish content you have the right to publish; comply with TikTok's own Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Developer Terms at all times; not use the system to publish content that violates any applicable law or TikTok policy.
5. Content Ownership
MADE Media LLC retains all rights to content it creates and publishes through this system, subject to TikTok's own platform terms. We do not claim ownership over any third-party content used with proper authorization.
6. Account Disconnection
You may disconnect your TikTok account from our system at any time. We reserve the right to disconnect any account found to be in violation of these Terms or TikTok's policies.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
This system is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MADE Media LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this system.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the system after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
