1. Who We Are

MADE Media LLC is a media and content production company. We operate an internal automation system (built on n8n) that helps us manage and publish content across our own social media accounts, including TikTok.

2. Information We Collect

When you (an authorized MADE Media team member or account owner) connect a TikTok account to our system via TikTok Login Kit, we may access and store: Basic account information (user.info.basic): your TikTok user ID and display name. Profile information (user.info.profile): your public profile details (e.g., avatar, username). Videos you approve for upload to your TikTok inbox as private drafts (video.upload). We do not collect information from TikTok users who are not directly authorized to use our system.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above solely to: authenticate authorized users into our internal automation system; upload approved videos to the connected TikTok account(s) as private inbox drafts on behalf of MADE Media LLC, at the direction of an authorized user, for the account owner to review and post in TikTok; maintain internal logs of upload activity for troubleshooting and quality control. We do not use this information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to operating our own TikTok presence.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, except: with TikTok, as necessary to operate the Login Kit and Content Posting API integrations; with service providers who support our internal infrastructure, solely to the extent necessary to operate our systems, and bound by confidentiality obligations; if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

5. Data Storage and Security

Credentials and access tokens are stored securely within our internal systems and are not exposed to unauthorized parties. We limit access to authorized MADE Media personnel only.

6. Data Retention

We retain account connection data for as long as the TikTok account remains connected to our system. You may request disconnection and deletion of your data at any time.

7. Your Rights

You may: disconnect your TikTok account from our system at any time via TikTok's own account settings, or by contacting us; request a copy of the data we hold about your connected account; request deletion of your data from our systems.
