MADE TO ORDER

Every MADE MEDIA LLC piece, including MAFIA APPAREL, MADE MEDICAL and MADE Merch, is printed just for you after you place your order through our production partner. Nothing sits on a shelf, which means less waste and a piece made for you.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY

Orders are produced in 2–7 business days. Once shipped, delivery within the United States usually takes 3–5 business days, so most orders arrive within 5–12 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. International delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.

SHIPPING RATES (UNITED STATES)

Standard Shipping is $4.99 per order plus $1.00 per item. Orders of $75 or more ship free. International rates are calculated at checkout.

CANCELLATIONS

Need to change or cancel? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, before production begins, and we’ll cancel it for a full refund. Once an item is in production it can no longer be canceled.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because every item is custom-made for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size or color preference. Please review the size chart and product details on each product page before ordering.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, your choice. You do not need to send the item back.

LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If your tracking hasn’t updated in 10 business days, or it shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it, including reshipping when eligible. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped once the cost of reshipping is covered.

TIKTOK SHOP ORDERS

Orders placed through our TikTok Shop are handled through TikTok Shop’s order and refund request tools, and TikTok Shop’s buyer protections apply.
